Sometimes our Support Team will request that you re-install the app to make sure that everything is properly installed. You can do this by following these steps:

1: Tap "Apps" on your device (or something similarly named)

2: Click on the "Settings" icon

3: Go to "Application Manager" under the Applications section

4: Tap on the Educa Touch app, then hit "Uninstall"

5: Please then go to the Google Play store and search for "Educa Touch" to download re-install the app.
