Add Images to Comments
Images can now be added to comment boxes throughout Educa. To add an image to a comment:
- Click the "Insert Image" button on the text editor menu bar
- Select Browse from the Insert Image popup box and select the image, or
- Drag and drop the image from a folder on your computer into the Insert Image popup box
*Note - Currently only one image can be added at a time, and only from local file (not Google Drive)
Curriculum Usage Report Date Range Selector
The Curriculum usage report can now be filtered by date. Select the required date range and click "Refresh" to update the graphs.
Curriculum Usage Report Custom Export
A Custom Export (to excel) option is now available on the Curriculum Usage Report.
In an effort to create more comprehensive reports we are utilising excel exports as we are able to produce more data, much faster.
The Curriculum Custom Export shows curriculum usage per child for individual and group stories, separated by goal. It also displays the last three stories written with that goal linked.
Select "Custom Export" from the Curriculum Usage Report
Select a pre-set date range or enter a custom date range by selecting "Custom" from the drop down list. This will automatically default to the range set on the report.
Select a curriculum and click "Export"
*Note - This is a large report. Either select a specific curriculum (rather than "All) or use filters inside your spreadsheet program to filter the data.
Teacher Story Report Custom Export
In our continued effort to provide more comprehensive reports, we have also added a Custom Export (to excel) option on the Teacher Story Report. This report shows all stories written per teacher, separated by month. It displays the amount of individual and group stories, as well as total stories for the month and total stories linked to curriculum for the month.
Select "Custom Export" from the Teacher Story Report
Select a preset date range, or select "Custom Range" from the dropdown list to enter your own date range.
Select any additional data you would like displayed (all selected by default)
*Note - Currently the export does not include stories written for profile children. This will be included in the near future.
Updated Default Reflection Box Headings
The reflection box headings for child stories and teacher portfolio posts specifically referenced the New Zealand Standards for the Teacher Profession criteria. So we have updated the default reflection box headings to suit centres in other areas.
Fixed: "My Stories" Page Missing Approval Button on Mobile View
We have fixed an issue where the teacher's "My Stories" page was missing the "Approval" button on mobile view.
Fixed: Teacher Approval Comments Page Not Loading Past First Page
We have fixed an issue where the Approval Comments page on the teacher's profile was not loading entries past the first page unless the page was manually refreshed.
Fixed: Unable to Create Plan from Global Create Button
We have fixed an issue where users were unable to create a plan from the Global Create Button.
Fixed: Changing Templates Clears All Answers on Publish
We have fixed an issue where changing plan templates after entering any data would cause all new data on the plan to clear on publish.
