If you are part of a large group of services, you may need to use the same or similar Curriculum's for children and teachers.
We have added a new feature that allows you to easily Share a Curriculum to multiple sites, which will save you lots of time and effort!

Note: This feature is only available to Site Administrators who have Administrator access to more than one Educa site.

1: Click on the "Service/Centre" tab
2:
 Select "About Us" from the drop down menu
3:
 Click on "Curriculum" to go into the curriculum library
4:
 Find the Curriculum under the owned section of the library and select the "Share" option that appears
5:
 Select the Centre from the list that appears
6:
 Click "Share Curriculum"

The curriculum will now appear on the selected centre.

Please note: If any changes need to be made to the content of the curriculum, this will need to be done on each site. Also, the Curriculum needs to be one that is "Owned," so it must be you have created or one you have copied and edited from the list available.
