In this article we will show you how to upload your photos to a story or dashboard post, along with how to resize those photos. There are two ways to resize your photos in Educa's text editor, and we'll cover both ways in this article.
Note: We have a maximum upload limit of 10 photos to a single story. To upload more you may need to split the story into multiple stories.

Upload your photos

1: First you need to upload some photos. Click the "Add Photos" button to start

This will open a dialogue box with options to add and upload your photos.

2: Select "Add Photos" to select the photos from your computer

3: Once you have added the photos you want to upload, click "Start Upload" at the top of the page

4: Click the orange "Finish" box when you are done to load your photos into your story.

Your photos should now be sitting inside the text editor.

Automatic resize buttons

This is the fastest way to resize your photos, and uses the tools circled below:

1: First select your photo or image by clicking it. When it's selected it will be highlighted

2: Then click one of the three resize buttons from the toolbar as shown below. We're using the option "Resize image to fit 2 in one row"

Tip: Hover your cursor over the top of a tool in the toolbar to find out what it does

Once you've resized both photos to fit "2 in 1 row", you'll be able to drag and drop the photos to sit side by side.

And here are those same steps in action:

Manual resizing

This is slightly slower, but gives you more control over the size you want.

1: First select your photo or image by clicking it. When it's selected it will be highlighted

2: Then click and drag the white corners in, or out, to resize manually.

Watch below to see how:

And remember, you can always use the undo arrow if the changes you make don't work the way you'd hoped!
