The Reports section has many useful summaries and graphs for staff to use at your childcare service. One being the Teacher Story Report which shows a total count of stories posted by each staff member over a selected four month period.

Follow these steps to access and view the report.

1: Click on the "Reports" tab.
2: Click the "Teacher Story Report" button.

You will then see a report containing information on learning stories posted on the site sorted by teacher, similar to the one below.

The Teacher Story Report page shows the number of Learning Stories posted for a selected four month period, as well as an all time number of all stories posted. The black number represents the number of learning stories, and the grey number represents the total stories.

If you are unsure about how the numbers work, take a look at the circled numbers above. In the example above, you will see the second staff member teacher has the number 2/7 under May 2017. The grey number indicates the total number of stories that teacher has written for the month. The black number shows how many of those total stories are learning stories. So that means this teacher has written 7 stories in May, with 2 of them being learning stories.

On the other hand, they wrote 0/3 stories in June. This means they wrote 3 stories in total, but none of them were learning stories.

There is also a searchable date range which you can use to see the report for certain months.

Finally, you can use the print button found below the report/graph to print off a copy of the report/graph to keep for your records, or to take to a staff meeting.
