When your childcare service uploads or creates a new policy, they can be found from within the Policies page from within Educa.

1: Access the Policies page by selecting the "Service" (or Centre) tab and then clicking "Policies" 

2: Scroll down the page to view the Policies

To view an individual policy, simply click the name of the policy.

You can also view a list of the policies at your site by clicking the orange "Policy List View" button. 

3: When viewing a policy's page, you can view the policy's history, send a notification about the policy, and view and add comments. 

Administrators are also able to update the policy by clicking the "Update Policy" button, which creates a new version and puts the current version under "Policy History"
