If you are not an assigned message board writer then you will only be able to view the Message Board.
Don't worry though, there is still plenty you can do to engage with the posts and have your say.
There are two potential ways for you to access the Message Board.
The main way to access the Message Board is by clicking Community in the main menu and selecting Message Board from the drop down list. You can then click on the title of the message to open it fully.
Alternatively, you can directly access messages by clicking the link in the notifications sent to you.
Please note that you'll only be sent a notification if the author chooses this option and you'll only receive this if your email settings allow it.
Commenting On Messages
The creators of each message will determine whether you can comment on a post or not. They may also choose to allow comments but they won't be posted until approved.
To comment on a message you'll need to open up the message fully by clicking on the title.
Scroll down and if you can comment on the message you'll see a comment box. If there is no comment box, commenting has been disabled.
Type your message and click Add Comment. This will then post the comment on the message for all other users to see.
If comments must be approved, you will be notified once you have posted your message.
Whilst the messages are easily accessible through your Educa account, you may still wish to print off each message.
To do this, head to the Message Board by selecting Messages from the main menu.
Scroll down until you find the message you wish to print. Once found, click Print/Save PDF.
This then gives you the option to download the message as a PDF, or print it out via the Print Wizard.
