Sometimes our Support Team will request that you email us screenshots of what is happening on your screen. These instructions will help you to take and send us those screenshots. 

To take a screenshot on a PC (Windows)

1: Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. 

This will make a "copy" of the screen, like when you cut and paste an image. 

2: Open up your email (i.e. Outlook) and address it to support@geteduca.com

3: Paste the photo/screenshot in your email by right clicking and selecting "paste".  If done correctly this will create an image of the screen from earlier and you will be able to email it to us to take a look at.

Please remember to also send us a written description of what is happening on your end.

To take a screenshot on an Apple computer

1: Press Command (⌘)-Shift-3.

2: Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.

3: Once you have the screenshot, please email it to us at support@geteduca.com.

To take a screenshot on an Android Device (Samsung phone or tablet)

1: Hold down the power ON/OFF button and the Home button together for about 3 seconds. You should see the the screen flash meaning it has saved your screenshot. 

2: For other Android devices (not Samsung) you may need to instead hold the power ON/OFF and Volume Down buttons for a few seconds. 

3: If you could then please find this picture in your photo gallery and email it to us at support@geteduca.com

Please remember to also send us a written description of what is happening on your end. 

To take a screenshot on an iPhone or iPad

1: Hold the power ON/OFF and Volume Down buttons together. You should see the the screen flash meaning it has saved your screenshot. 

2: Please then locate the screenshot in your photo gallery and email it to us at support@geteduca.com

Please remember to also send us a written description of what is happening on your end.
