Site Administrators who are active on multiple Educa sites can share documents and posts between their sites. You will only be able to share between sites if you are set as a Site Administrator on both sites. 

This time saving function can be used to share the following:

  • Message Board Posts
  • Teacher Messages
  • Policies
  • Resources
  • Curriculum
  • Planning Templates
  • Form Templates

Just look out for the Share function on these features, select the privacy settings of the post and then choose which centre/centres you wish to share to. 

You can also link teacher to other sites where you are a Site Administrator. This saves you having to invite the educator again to your other sites.

Just head to their profile and select Link To. Then select the site you wish to add the educator to and hit Link Teacher.

The selected teacher will then be sent an email asking them to join the new site. They can then simply activate their account by clicking the link in their email.
