Each report type has default display options. To select different variables, including different time periods, create your own report using the “Custom Export” button.

Child Story Report

The Child Story Report shows the number of Learning Stories posted for each child in a selected four month period, as well as the total number of Learning Stories since the child entered the Educa system.

Two numbers will be listed for each period. The first number (in black) shows the number of stories linked to a curriculum outcome. The second number (in grey) shows the total number of stories for that period.

Clicking on the Graph icon next to the child's information will open their curriculum breakdown. This will show the areas of curriculum linked to in the stories, for that child.

You can download a Custom Export of the report, which will be saved to your computer as an Excel file. When creating your export, you can set a date period and include comparisons of group stories and individual stories.

Curriculum Usage Report
The Curriculum Usage Report shows a summary of curriculum usage across your site, based on the curriculum links used in the stories. The graphs provide a guideline on how balanced the curriculum usage is on your site.

Start by selecting a date range for the information. This is useful if you're just looking at how the curriculum has been used in the last month. Click Refresh to update the date range.

The information will display in a colour coded pie chart. If you hover your mouse over a segment, a pop up with additional information will appear. You also have the option to view the information using the bar chart sitting below the pie chart.

If your centre have multiple active curriculum, scroll down the page and you'll see a seperate chart for each curriculum.

You can download a Custom Export of the report, which will be saved to your computer as an Excel file. When creating your export, you can set a date period and select a specific curriculum. You can also export information for specific children or classes to get more targeted insights.
