There are a handful of reports on Educa that educators and administrators can use to gain insights into a educator activity on Educa. You can access the reports by clicking on Reports in the main menu.
Teacher Story Report
The Teacher Story Report shows a total count of stories posted by each staff member over a selected four month period. Site Administrators can set this report to private in their Site Settings, making it visible only to Site Administrators.
Two numbers will be listed for each period. The first number (in black) shows the number of published stories linked to a curriculum outcome. The second number (in grey) shows the total number of stories published by the educator during the set period.
By clicking on the grey link next to the educator's name, a list of their profile children will appear. This will then show how many stories the educator has written for each child.
You can download a Custom Export of the report, which will be saved to your computer as an Excel file. When creating your export, you can set a date period and include comparisons of group stories and individual stories.
Teacher Portfolio Report
The Teacher Story Report shows a total count of teacher portfolio entries added by a teacher over a selected four month period.

You can download a Custom Export of the report, which will be saved to your computer as an Excel file. When creating your export, you can set a date period and include the number of posts created for another educator's portfolio.
Teacher Weekly Report
