If a child has moved to another Centre or Service that uses Educa then we can transfer their profile so that the new Service can continue adding to their portfolio.
Profile transfers are completed by the Educa Support Team. We require an email or a call from the child's former centre in order to action the request. Please email email@example.com to request a child's transfer.
Please provide the following information to help us process this more quickly for you:
1: The child's name
2: The name of the old Service
3: The name of the new Service
4: (Optional) The date you would like the transfer to be made
In the meantime feel free to start a new profile for the child, as we will be able to combine everything during the transfer.
