Make a teacher a Site Admin

How to update a teachers profile to make them a Site Admin

🔒This option requires site admin access. If you don't see these options, please ask someone with site admin access to help.

Every Educa site has at least one Site Admin. If other teachers need the same level of access, an existing Site Admin can update their profile to grant admin rights.


Making a teacher a Site Admin

  1. Go to the Teachers tab.

  2. Click on the teacher’s name to open their profile.

  3. Click Edit Profile in the top-right corner.

  4. Tick the Site Admin checkbox.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page. 

⚠️Teachers may need to log out and back in for the changes to take affect on their account.
