Make a teacher a Site Admin

How to update a teachers profile to make them a Site Admin

🔒 Site Admins only – If you don’t see this option, you don’t have permission. Ask someone with site admin access at your centre to help.

Every Educa site has at least one Site Admin. If another teacher needs this access level, a Site Admin can update their profile to grant it.


Making a teacher a Site Admin

  1. Go to the Teachers tab.

  2. Click on the teacher’s name to open their profile.

  3. Click Edit Profile in the top-right corner.

  4. Tick the Site Admin checkbox.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page. 

Note: Teachers may need to log out and then log back in for the admin rights to take effect.
