Your web browser’s cookies and cache store information to make your online experience faster. However, issues can occur when a website changes data that’s stored in your browser and so there's a mismatch.

Clearing your cookies and cache removes this data, refreshing your browser to receive the changed data. This can help when:

- You're having trouble logging into Educa
- Specific pages in Educa are slow or not working

- You’ve received an Error page in Educa

- Educa Support has helped with an issue and has asked you to clear your cache.

To check that the issue is related to your web browser, try logging into Educa using a different browser, e.g., if you are using Chrome (recommended by Educa), try Safari or Edge. If the issue is not showing on the other browser, then you know it's related to your usual browser and that clearing cookies and cache is worthwhile.
