Inviting more family members to view your child's Educa portfolio is quick and easy. All you need is the email address of the family member you want to invite:
Log into your child's Educa portfolio
Click on the 'Invite Families' link
Fill out the form with the family members details and email address
They will receive an invitation to create an Educa account
What happens when you click ‘Invite’?
When you click 'Invite' an email will be sent with an invitation to create an Educa account. You will then see their name appear under 'Pending accounts'. Once they have accepted the invitation their name will appear under 'Active accounts'.
I don't see an 'Invite Families' link
Only family tagged as parents/guardians are able to invite more family members to Educa. If you are an extended family member you won't be able to invite more family members.
Some centres may also not have enabled the option for families to invite more family members into Educa. If you are a parent/guardian and you can't see the invite link on your child's profile speak to a staff member at their school.
