How to Use Educa Assist

Get writing support in just a few clicks. Educa Assist is built into the editing toolbar to help you write faster and with more confidence.

Educa Assist is a set of AI-powered tools you can use while writing learning stories, messages, or planning notes. With four smart prompts, it helps you fine-tune your writing, check spelling, translate, or even add emojis.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Highlight the text you want to work on

You can select a word, sentence, paragraph or multiple paragraphs of text.

💡 If nothing is selected, Educa Assist will use the full post.

2. Click the Educa Assist icon in the toolbar

You’ll see a dropdown with four prompts:

  • Check spelling and grammar

  • Improve flow and tone

  • Add emojis

  • Translate

3. Choose a prompt

Educa Assist will take a few moments to process your request and show suggestions in a pop-up window.

4. Apply the suggestion

You’ll have three options:

  • Insert – Replaces your original text

  • Insert After – Adds the suggestion below your original

  • Copy & Paste – Manually copy from the suggestion window (only when used on a desktop computer)

🔍 Note: Educa Assist never changes your content automatically. You’re in control of what’s added or replaced.
