How to Activate Educa Assist (for Site Admins)

Activate AI-powered writing support for your team. Site admins can enable Educa Assist in just a few clicks.

๐Ÿ”’ Site Admins only โ€“ If you donโ€™t see this option, you donโ€™t have permission. Ask someone with site admin access at your centre to help.

Educa Assist helps educators write, refine and translate stories more efficiently. As a site admin, you can activate this tool for everyone on your Educa site in a few clicks and choose your preferred English variant for the Spelling & Grammar feature.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Settings > Site Settings > Educa Assist

  2. Tick the checkbox to enable Educa Assist

  3. Confirm your authority to activate it for your site

  4. Under Spelling and Grammar, use the dropdown menu to select US English or UK English

  5. Done! The Educa Assist icon will now appear in all story and message editors

Note: You can disable the feature at any time by unticking the same checkbox. Changing the English variant can also be done at any time via this same location.

Activating Across Multiple Sites

What Happens Next?
