🔒 Site Admins only – Only users with site admin access can update billing. If you don’t see this option, ask someone with site admin access at your centre to help.
This article explains how to update your billing details if your Educa site is already using Stripe. You can adjust your site capacity directly in Educa, and manage payment details, invoices, or your subscription through Stripe.
Update Your Billing Details
Log in to Educa
Go to Settings > Site Settings > Billing.
Update your site capacity in Educa
Enter your new profile capacity under Update Plan.
✅ Capacity can only be adjusted in increments of 5.
✅ Increases are applied automatically, and you’ll be billed the prorated difference.
⚠️ To decrease capacity, you’ll need to lower the number manually. Decreases apply from the next billing cycle and are not refunded mid-cycle.
Update other payment details in Stripe
Click View Subscription - This opens your Stripe billing portal.
What you can do in Stripe
Update billing information (e.g. address, contact details).
Update payment method (e.g. credit card).
View past invoices.
Cancel your subscription if needed.
Save changes
Updates made in Educa or Stripe take effect immediately for your next invoice.
Notes
All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
If your payment fails, you’ll be prompted to re-enter valid details.
