🔒 Site Admins only – If you don’t see this option, you don’t have permission. Ask someone with site admin access at your centre to help.
The Manage Users page lets you re-invite families and educators, and edit pending invites, all from one place.
Access the Manage Users Page
Go to the Settings menu in the sidebar.
Select Manage Users.
Managing Pending Invitations
Once you've invited Families, Teachers or Student, you'll see their pending invite the their respective tabs.
Re-invite – Click Re-Invite next to a name to send another invitation email. You can only re-send someone an invite once every 24 hours.
Re-Invite All Pending Families (top right) - Click to resend all pending family invites at once.
Edit - Click to edit the name on the invite. If the email address is incorrect, you'll need to delete the invite and send a new one.
Delete – Click Delete/Trash can icon next to a name to delete an invitation.
Setting Invitation Rights
By default, all teachers and family members listed as Parents on a child’s profile can send invitations to other family members.
You can change this in your privacy settings to any of the following to limit who can send invites:
All Teacher and Child's Parents (Default)
All Teacher
Site Admin Only
Troubleshooting
If anyone is not receiving their invite email, or having trouble accepting, first check that you have the correct spelling for their name and email address. If this is correct and they're still having issues, please Contact Us and we can assist.
