Change or Reset your password

Forgot your password or just need to change it? Here’s how to update your Educa password quickly and securely.

⚠️ Important: If you enter your password incorrectly ten times, your account will be locked. To avoid this, reset your password before using all your attempts.

Changing your password

  1. Login to Educa.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click My Account.

  4. Click Change Password.

  5. Enter and confirm your new password that meets the following requirements.

    • At least 10 characters

    • 1 lower case letter

    • 1 upper case letter

    • 1 number

    • 1 special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)

  6. Click Submit.

Forgotten your password

  1. Go to your Educa login page.

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email address you use to log into Educa, then click Reset.

  4. Check your inbox for an email called Reset your Educa Password from The Educa Team.

  5. Click the Reset Password in the email.

  6. Enter and confirm your new password that meets the following requirements.

    • At least 10 characters

    • 1 lower case letter

    • 1 upper case letter

    • 1 number

    • 1 special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)

  7. Click Submit.

  8. Return to your login page and sign in with your new password.
