Site branding lets you align key labels and formats on your Educa site with the language your centre uses. This helps teachers and families see familiar wording on profiles and pages.
What you can customise
You can update:
Organisation type β e.g. Centre, Service, School.
Main user type labels β e.g. Teachers, Educators, Kaiako, Staff.
Profile type labels β e.g. Children, Students, Mokopuna, Learners.
Default date format used across your site.
Default measurement units used in Routines.
How to update your site branding
Go to Settings β Site Settings.
Select Site Branding Labels.
Choose from a Template or customise each option individually.
Update the labels for your main user type, profiles and organisation as needed.
Choose your preferred date format.
Choose your default measurement units.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Your updated labels and formats will now appear across your Educa site for all users.
