The print header is the information bar at the top of printed and PDF stories.
It usually shows your centre name, logo, and other details.
This helps you to present stories professionally for portfolios, audits, or school transitions.
Use this guide to turn on and customise the print header that appears at the top of every printed or PDF story.
Open your print settings
Go to Site Settings from the main menu.
Click Print Settings.
Scroll to the PDF Header section.
Changes in this area apply to all printed and PDF stories on your site.
Turn the print header on or off
Use this if you want to show or hide the header on stories by default.
In the PDF Header area, find the option to show a header on printed stories.
Tick the box to display the header on all story prints and PDFs.
Untick the box to remove the header from all prints.
Teachers can still choose to hide the header for a single story in the Print options if they want a clean version for a scrapbook or display.
Add your logo and centre details
In the PDF Header section, update the details you want families to see.
The Print Header Template options let you choose different template which can imclude your logo and centre name.
Changes save automatically and apply to all future prints and PDFs.
