Use of Educa Assist (Writing Support Tool)
Our service uses Educa Assist, a writing support tool within Educa, to help educators with spelling, grammar and clarity when preparing documentation.
Your child’s personal information is not shared with AI.
Educa Assist only processes the text an educator is actively working on. It does not access child profiles, photos, assessments, or family records.
Information is not stored or used to train AI systems.
Text is processed securely within Educa’s existing infrastructure and is not retained or reused after processing.
Teachers remain fully responsible for all content.
Educa Assist does not write or publish learning stories independently. Educators choose when to use it, review all suggestions, and approve everything before it is shared.
Why we use it
This tool helps reduce time spent on editing and proofreading so educators can focus more on engaging with children and families, while maintaining high-quality documentation.
If you have any questions, please speak with our Centre Director.
Important
