Educa makes it easy to keep loved ones involved. Parents and primary caregivers can invite family members to see their child’s stories, plans, and updates. Invites are quick to send and give family a special window into your child’s learning.
Who Can Send Invites?
Only Parents and Primary Caregivers (as listed on your child’s profile) can send invites. This includes:
Mother
Father
Parent / Parents
Primary Caregiver
👉 Note: Some centres may choose to turn off family invites. If you don’t see the Invite Family button, your centre can send the invite for you.
How to Invite a Family Member
Log in to Educa on your phone or computer.
Open your child’s profile.
Click on Profile.
Tap Invite Family.
Enter their first name, last name, relationship, and email address.
Click Invite.
Your family member will receive an email invitation to create their Educa login.
👉 Tip: If the invite doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes, ask them to check their spam/junk folder or add support@geteduca.com to their safe sender list. If this doesn’t work, contact us and we can check the status.
Resending an invite
Parents and caregivers can’t re-send an expired invite themselves. If an invite has expired (90 days after sending), please ask your centre to send it again.
After the Invite
Once accepted, the new family member can log in and see your child’s learning stories, plans, and updates.
If they cannot access the profile after accepting:
Check that they used the same email address the invite was sent to.
If it still doesn’t work, ask your centre for help.
