Inviting more family members to your child’s Educa profile helps keep everyone important in your child’s life connected and informed.

Steps to Invite Family Members

  1. Log in to Educa.

  2. Go to your child’s profile page.

  3. Click on Profile.

  4. Click Invite Family.

  5. Fill in the family member’s details.

  6. Click Invite.

What happens when you click ‘Invite’?

When you click 'Invite', an email will be sent with an invitation to create an Educa account. Once they have accepted, they'll be able to login an view the profile for themselves.

If any family members are not receiving their invite email, having trouble accepting, or you need to resend an invite please Contact Us and we can assist.

Can’t See the “Invite Family” Option?

Only family members listed as Parents/Guardians can send invites. Extended family members won’t see this option.

Some sites also choose to disable family invitations. If you’re a parent/guardian and don’t see the Invite Family link on your child’s profile, check with the centre directly to request an invite to be sent.
