Managing pending invites

How to use the Manage Users page to manage invites on your site.

๐Ÿ”’ Site Admins only โ€“ If you donโ€™t see this option, you donโ€™t have permission. Ask someone with site admin access at your centre to help.

The Manage Users page lets you re-invite families and educators, and edit pending invites, all from one place.

Access the Manage Users Page

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the sidebar.

  2. Select Manage Users.

Managing Pending Invitations

Once you've invited a family member, Teacher or Student, you'll see their pending invite the their respective tabs.

  • Re-invite โ€“ Click Re-Invite next to a name to send another invitation email. You can only re-send someone an invite once every 24 hours.

  • Re-Invite All Pending Families (top right) - Click to resend all pending family invites at once.

  • Delete โ€“ Click Delete/Trash can icon next to a name to delete an invitation.

  • Edit - Click to edit the name on the invite. If the email address is incorrect, you'll need to delete the invite and send a new one.

Troubleshooting

If anyone is not receiving their invite email, or having trouble accepting, first check that you have the correct spelling for their name and email address. If this is correct and they're still having issues, please Contact Us and we can assist.
