Extracting ZIP files
Once it's been downloaded, you will need to unzip the portfolio to access your child's stories and images.
Here are some instructions on how to do this on different devices.
iPhone/iPad: Open Files app → find the .zip → tap it → it creates a folder with the contents.
Android: Open Files by Google (or your phone's Files/My Files) → find the .zip → tap it → Extract (choose location if prompted).
Windows: Right-click the .zip → Extract All… → choose a folder → Extract.
Mac: Double-click the .zip (it expands to a folder in the same location).
Opening your files
Once extracted, your portfolio contains learning stories as PDF documents, plus any images and videos. Tap or double-click any file to open it — PDFs will open in your reading app, and videos will play in your media player.
