Sometimes it can take a while for us to package up your child's portfolio. This might be because of high demand, or the size of the portfolio itself. Hold tight and you should receive a download link within 24hrs.
Lost in spam/junk email folder
Occasionally the email containing your link may end up in your spam or junk folder. We suggest checking this.
Lost or misplaced link
If you've already purchased and can't find your download link, go back to the original email you received and click the 'Buy Now' button. Since you've already completed your purchase, that button will now take you straight to your download page.
