Routines is a shared daily record that helps you and your child’s teachers stay in sync about things like sleep, feeds, toileting, and notes.
You can view routine entries at any time. To avoid overwhelming notifications (as many entries can be added each day), Educa only sends notifications when teachers request specific information from you.
How to Access Routines
Open your child’s profile from the left-hand menu.
On mobile: Tap More.
Tap Routines to open the overview.
You’ll see a list of routine entries, with the most recent at the top.
Create a Routine Entry
You can add new routine entries as a parent.
Click New entry.
Choose the routine type.
Enter the details (you can adjust the time and add notes or quantities).
Click Save.
Your entry is now added and visible to you and the teachers linked to your child.
