Parents and Primary Caregivers
Parents and Primary Caregivers have the highest level of family access to a child's profile. Some actions, such as editing profile information or inviting other Family Members, may also depend on the centre's settings.
Important: Each child should have at least one Family Member listed as a Parent or Primary Caregiver so that someone has full family access to the profile.
Extended Family
Extended Family Members can stay connected with the child's shared learning but have limited access to private or administrative information.
Relationship types across multiple child profiles
A Family Member using the same email address has the same relationship type across all child profiles they are connected to within the same Educa site.
If they have different relationships to different children, select a relationship type that is appropriate across all of those profiles. If different access levels are required, they will need to use different email addresses for the different profiles.
