Who can do this: Individual users after logging in. For security reasons, Site Admins cannot change another user’s email.
Change your email
Go to Settings and select My Account.
In the Email Address field, type your new email address.
Click Save.
Open the confirmation email sent to your new address and click Confirm.
Log out, then log back in using your new email address.
What happens next
Your login changes only after you click Confirm in the email sent to the new address.
After confirmation, your old email no longer works for login.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t get the email? Check spam/junk, then try Save again to resend.
Typed the wrong address? Go back to Settings → My Account and enter the correct email. Click Save and use the new confirmation email.
Still stuck? Contact support with your name, current login email, and the new email you want to use.
