Share Content Across Multiple Educa Sites

Share posts, resources and templates between Educa sites where you have site admin access.

If you work across multiple Educa sites, you can share supported content and templates between them. This can save time and help you keep information and templates consistent across your sites.

🔒 Site Admins only – If you don’t see this option, you don’t have permission. Ask someone with site admin access at your centre to help.

You need site admin access on both the site you are sharing from and each site you want to share content to.

What you can share

Multi-site sharing is available for:

  • Message Board Posts

  • Teacher Messages

  • Policies

  • Resources

  • Frameworks

  • Planning Templates

  • Form Templates

Share content with another site

The process is similar across supported features:

  1. Find the content or template you want to share.

  2. Select Share.

  3. Select the Educa site or sites you want to share it with.

  4. Confirm the share.

The content will now be available for viewing and the templates ready to use on the selected sites.
